Parking Restriction Ordinance is amended as follows:

Parking is prohibited between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M., from November 15 to April 15 on all streets in the Village.  This includes the Woodlawn Cemetery, Boat Launch and Woodlawn Park, Hale Road Ballpark.
